@Dear Michael,
Regarding the tftpd recovering firmware method. You can refer to this article.

Hello Cudy Support Team ,

“@Dear Michael,
I see. I suggest you can try to do it by yourself. We don’t have such instructions.
“Hi Cudy Support Team , I’ve tried what you suggested – flashing older official firmware, but no luck , my Cudy WR3000 v1 is still bootlooping. Is there any firmware or recovery steps that I might perform in order to recover my router so I be able to boot into GUI ?
One more note : after flashing your firmware from Google drive or OpenWRT firmware, I’m able to enter to OpenWRT failsafe mode and access router via LAN using SSH , but from there I wasn’t able to perform system restoration steps from OpenWRT guides( I just don’t know how to do it propertly) . Thanks is advice for your support.
@Dear Support
I have already built a working OpenWrt firmware for AP1300 v1.0, based on the OpenWrt firmware for AP1300 Outdoor v1.0 (same SoC and hardware platform).
The firmware itself builds and boots, but I cannot flash it via TFTP or the web interface because the stock firmware requires a signed image.
To proceed without hardware modification (UART/SPI), I need an intermediate firmware that can be installed via the web interface and allows upgrading to a custom OpenWrt image (without signature verification).
Could you please provide such an intermediate firmware for AP1300 v1.0, or advise if there is an official way to bypass the signature check for development purposes?
Thank you.
“@Dear Bourn,
There is no OpenWrt firmware for AP1300 V1.0 currently. The OpenWrt firmware is not developed by Cudy but by the developers. We need the OpenWrt forum official support the router at first, then we can release a middle firmware for you, then you can use and upgrade to the OpenWrt firmware. "
