How to downgrade the firmware to the older version of Mesh system?

For various reasons, we sometimes need to downgrade the firmware of devices in our Cudy Mesh system to an older version, but this is not allowed in the "General Settings" -- "Firmware" page or  "Advanced Settings" -- "Firmware" page. So how should we handle this? The following will use the M3000 as an example.
1. Please go to "System Status", click "More Details" on the Mesh card. As shown below.

2. Check the Mesh list. You can update the firmware of the Mesh devices one by one. We suggest update the satellite mesh routers first. Click the Mesh device, find the "Operation" --"Firmware".

3. Upload the firmware, then the device will be updated. You can update the next Mesh device after update successfully.

@Dear Kate,

May be the firmware is wrong. Please check the current model and firmware version first. Then send me the name of the firmware you want to update. I will check it for you.

“What can I do if the firmware refuses to update? I have a beta firmware on the mesh unit and the regular firmware on the main unit and when I upload the firmware file from your website, the system uploads it and then gives me an error that says: Not applicable! Please upload the firmware applicable to the following models.

There is only one firmware available on the website for my model. so I don’t know where to go from here."
