Check the Firmware Version

Firmware version 1.1.0 and above supports Cudy Cloud. Please upgrade the firmware first if the version is below 1.1.0 by following this guide.

Enable Cloud Management

Enable Cloud Management, DHCP, and Auto DNS to prepare the switch for cloud onboarding. Read the documentation.

Install the Cudy App

Open the Cudy app, choose Cloud Management, input the SN and management password to bind the switch to your Cudy account, then complete the onboarding process. Download the Cudy App (cudy.com/app).
