After clicking into the model list, you may filter the variants of "Cudy App" and "Cudy App Local" in the filter option "Advanced". Models with "Cudy App" offer both local and remote management methods. Models with "Cudy App Local" support local management method, which mean user can control the device while connected to it.

I need some more information to fix this issue.
1. What is the model and firmware version of your router? You can check the model and firmware version on the web management page of the router. The firmware must be 2.X.X to support Cudy APP management. If the firmware is 1.X.X, please update the firmware first.
2. Can you login to the web page of your router on the same phone? You can try to change a phone and try again.
3. How do you connect your router to the previous device (such as Modem or ONT)? Via WAN or LAN port? If LAN, please change to WAN port and try again.
