After clicking into the model list, you may filter the variants of "Cudy App" and "Cudy App Local" in the filter option "Advanced". Models with "Cudy App" offer both local and remote management methods. Models with "Cudy App Local" support local management method, which mean user can control the device while connected to it.

@Dear Rayatur,
1. You can connect you computer to the router via cable. Then login to the web page of the router and check the correct Wi-Fi password.
2. If you can’t connect via cable. You can also try to reset the router to factory default by long pressing the reset button for about 3 seconds. You can release the reset button when the LED flashes. Then connect the Wi-Fi with the Wi-Fi password printed on the label.

أحتاج إلى بعض المعلومات الإضافية لحل هذه المشكلة.

١. ما هو طراز جهاز التوجيه (الراوتر) وإصدار برنامج التشغيل الخاص به؟ يمكنك التحقق من الطراز وإصدار برنامج التشغيل على صفحة إدارة جهاز التوجيه عبر الويب.

٢. هل يمكنك تسجيل الدخول إلى صفحة إدارة جهاز التوجيه عبر الويب من نفس الهاتف؟

٣. كيف قمت بتوصيل جهاز التوجيه بالجهاز السابق (مثل المودم أو جهاز ONT)؟ عبر منفذ WAN أم LAN؟ إذا كان عبر منفذ LAN، فيُرجى التغيير إلى منفذ WAN والمحاولة مرة أخرى.
