1. Download the latest firmware from Download Center.
2. Unzip the file you download
3. Power ON Cudy device, wait for LED become solid.
4. Connect to Cudy’s network via WiFi or Ethernet.
5. Open a web browser and go to http://cudy.net or http://192.168.10.1.

6. Upgrade the firmware.
a. Advanced Settings -> Firmware, Choose the firmware you unzipped to upload.
b. General Settings->Firmware page can do online upgrade and Local update.
Note: Only Firmware 2.x.x or above support.
7. Waiting 5 minutes for the router restart.

Device model: WR1500 EU1.0, Firmware version: 1.0.4-20241205-747393 it does not accept an intermediate firmware file for current firmware. I bought the router yesterday. When you try to update, nothing happens at all in the device’s firmware window, the router continues to work at the same time, and the diode lights up blue. it is not possible to install any firmware at all. When loading the intermediate firmware, just nothing happens. at all. The router works, but it seems to be unsafe to use the old firmware. I want to know why your routers are not being updated. And I still want to update to the current version

Please go to “General Settings” -“VPN” page to set the VPN function.

Si, por favor intenta recuperar el router siguiendo las instrucciones de la web. Es posible que necesites buscar y descargar una herramienta TFTPD64 para hacerlo.
