“I recently purchased a Cudy RE1200 UK_2.0 Range Extender. It never gets an ip address from ZTE F660 fiber router in my home. The DHCP host list has other devices ip address entries but not an ip address entry for CUDY RE1200 device. Power LED stays solid blue. Signal LED slow flashing red. 2.4G and 5G wifi signals are ok but no Internet. Vendor’s tecnician tried in many ways to connect it it to my home ZTE F660 2.4G fiber router, but it never gets an ip address from the ZTE router, meaning no internet when connected to RE1200 Extendee wifi signal. It has been checked by the vendor’s technician in his workshop, and he says it’s connecting to internet and working ok at his worksop meaning the device is not faulty. Device has the latest firmware, and I am out of my wits. Can you help ?. Thanks.”

@Dear Konstantin,
You must connect the LAN/WAN port of Cudy router to the main router via ethernet cable after changing the LAN/WAN port to WAN status.
“Hello
I have a Cudy LTE N300 Wi‑Fi router, and it has the option to connect via a SIM card. I have a SIM card connected, but it has a 50 GB limit, and I also have a cable with unlimited home internet. Can I somehow switch the priority to the cable in the Cudy app settings, rather than to the SIM card? Or is this impossible, and this router isn’t suitable for me?
I specifically want to distribute unlimited internet via a cable.
If I select WAN in the LAN/WAN section of the advanced settings, the connection is completely lost, and the connection type still shows as “mobile router”.
Can you help me?
Thank you in advance.”

“My RE3000 worked well for almost two years. Then problem started. Not passing internet connection. WIFI signal stays ok, byt no internet. Power off/on was helping for some time. The process keep getting worse. Initially once a month, than once or twice a week.
Updates are automatic, the newest version is loaded.
When I reset everthing to factory settings and started from the beginning as stated here on the help pages, all looked ok.
The wifi , ssid, all works. works but no internet.
On the status page all stays green, looks great. However without forwarding any internet.
What else can I do?”
