IP Reservation, is used to allocate a static IPv4 address to a MAC address.
Step 1: Open a web browser and go to http://cudy.net or http://192.168.10.1.
For details, please refer to How to log into the web interface of Cudy Router?
Step 2: Click Advanced Settings -> IP/MAC Binding in the Security section.

Step 3: Click Add to append one entry to the list. Select the device from the MAC-Address list and enter the IP address that you want to allocate. Enter a Comment for this entry optional.

Step 4: Save & Apply the settings.
Disconnect the device and connect again. Then you can check the IP address of the device if the IP Address you set.
Note: The IP Address and MAC Address of these entries also ARP bind.

I recently purchased WX3000S router and I love it.
One question though: I want to use it as a wireless access point AND switch/router at the same time, but without the DHCP server – the adresses should be assigned by my main router from my ISP. Also, I want to run a VPN connection. I set it all up just fine, but when I turn off the DHCP server, my wired devices don’t get IP adress assigned? Is this achievable?

Sorry, the router doesn’t support this. But if you use Wireguard Server on the router, you can set the IP address of the client.
