Kai kurie vartotojai, naudojantys "AT&T" SIM korteles, susidūrė su tokia problema, 4G maršrutizatoriaus LED lemputė šviečia mėlynai (IP gautas), tačiau negali prisijungti prie interneto. Atidarius tinklalapį naršyklėje pasirodo toks pranešimas:
"AT&T Free Msg: Atrodo, kad norite naudoti duomenis, bet jų nėra. Jums gali tekti pridėti duomenų paketą arba pakeisti planą, kuris palaiko duomenis jūsų įrenginyje. Norėdami patikrinti savo planą ir tvarkyti paskyrą, prisijunkite prie att.com/myprepaid."
Sprendimas
Paprastai taip nutinka todėl, kad naudojate SIM kortelę su balso ir duomenų perdavimo planu, t. y. tokio tipo kortelę, kuri naudojama mobiliuosiuose telefonuose. Bendrovė "AT&T" neleidžia naudoti tokio tipo kortelių maršrutizatoriuose, todėl išeitis - paskambinti į "AT&T" ir pakeisti SIM kortelę į tik duomenų perdavimo planą.
