Grazie per aver contattato il team di supporto Cudy.
1. Devi verificare che il tuo router supporti la gestione APP Cudy. Assicurati che il modello del tuo dispositivo e la versione hardware supportino l’app e che sia stata rilasciata la versione firmware che supporta l’app.
Come verificare il modello del tuo dispositivo, la versione hardware e il firmware?
Accedi alla pagina di gestione web del dispositivo. Vai su Impostazioni avanzate → Sistema → Firmware.
Vedrai il modello del dispositivo (WR1300), la versione hardware (V3.0) e la versione firmware (2.0.4) sulla pagina.
2. Assicurati che il tuo dispositivo sia stato aggiornato alla versione firmware che supporta APP. Se la versione firmware del tuo dispositivo è 1.×.x, devi aggiornare il firmware.
Come aggiornare il firmware?
Scarica il firmware più recente da https://www.cudy.com/pages/download-center/search
Decomprimi il firmware che hai scaricato.
Accedi alla pagina di gestione web del tuo dispositivo Cudy.
Vai su Impostazioni avanzate → Sistema → Firmware.
Carica il firmware che hai decompresso per aggiornare. Poi, riprova.
