Sonja, Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Cudy support team. I need some more information to fix this issue. 1. What is the mode of your Cudy product? What is the firmware version of your Cudy product. 2. What is the password for? 3. Is there any warning or note when your try to change the password? Please take screenshots or record video and send it to supportcudy.com. We will try to figure it out.
