I’m trying to upload the unzipped BIN file 2.2.6 for Cudy M3000 but the site says that the file is invalid. I have also tried the 2.0.0. (which also turns out to be invalid)

The hardware of your X6 is V1.0. Can’t update the firmware of V2.0. The X6 V1.0 is end of life for a long time. There is no V2.×.x firmware for X6 V1.0.
