I can log into the app and my account but cant login to the device
I tried ‘admin’ and the password on the router also my account password, it doesnt work
I have also press the reset still nothing
I can access the wifi but it doesnt display SSD id, even after i have reset

I think you forget the administrator password. you can try to reset the router to factory default by long pressing the reset button for about 3 seconds. You can release the reset button when the LED flashes. You must create a new password when first login to the web page of the router.
