Models with "Cudy App" offer both local and remote management methods. Models with "Cudy App Local" support local management method, which mean user can control the device while connected to it.

1. ما هو طراز جهاز التوجيه الخاص بك وإصدار البرنامج الثابت؟ يمكنك التحقق من طراز جهاز التوجيه وإصدار البرنامج الثابت على صفحة إدارة الويب الخاصة بجهاز التوجيه.
2. هل يمكنك تسجيل الدخول إلى صفحة الويب الخاصة بجهاز التوجيه على نفس الهاتف؟
3. كيف تقوم بتوصيل جهاز التوجيه بالجهاز السابق (مثل المودم أو ONT)؟ عبر منفذ WAN أم LAN؟ إذا كان منفذ LAN، فيرجى التغيير إلى منفذ WAN والمحاولة مرة أخرى.
