In letzter Zeit haben wir viele Rückmeldungen erhalten, dass viele unserer Kunden mit ihren Cudy-Routern keinen Internetzugang haben, obwohl ihre SIM-Karten funktionsfähig sind und ihre APN-Einstellungen korrekt sind.
Hier ist eine Methode, die wir entdeckt haben und die bei dem Problem helfen könnte.
Schritt 1: Aktualisieren Sie den Router auf die neueste Firmware-Version.
Falls Ihre Firmware bereits auf dem neuesten Stand ist, können Sie diesen Schritt überspringen. Andernfalls laden Sie bitte die offizielle Firmware herunter und entpacken Sie sie.
Öffnen Sie einen Webbrowser und gehen Sie zuhttp://cudy.netoderhttp://192.168.10.1Dann melden Sie sich an. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unterWie melde ich mich an der Weboberfläche des Cudy Routers an?
Aktualisieren Sie die Firmware inErweiterte Einstellungen->FirmwareDie
Wie kann ich die Firmware des Cudy-Routers aktualisieren?
Schritt 2: Um die Modul-Firmware herunterzuladen und zu aktualisieren, kontaktieren Sie bittesupport@cudy.comum das Upgrade zu erhaltenFirmaWare. Gleichzeitig laden Sie die Diagnose-Binärdatei herunter inDiagnosewerkzeuge->Diagnose->GEHEN->Herunterladenund senden Sie die Datei an dieUnterstützung.
Schritt 3: Geben Sie die unten stehende Adresse in die Adressleiste ein. Aktualisieren Sie die Firmware wie im Video gezeigt.

Schritt 4: Nach Abschluss des Updates wird wieder der Systemstatus angezeigt. Gehen Sie zurück zur Seite „Firmware-Upgrade“ und überprüfen Sie, ob das Update erfolgreich war.
Sollte das Problem weiterhin bestehen, gehen Sie zu Diagnosetools->Diagnose->GO->Herunterladen und senden Sie die BIN-Datei an support@cudy.com.

All SIMs tested were good, good signal etc. Still a pig to set up and get connected. The mesh function should disable all together, there are no instructions on the external antenna options, and which connector to use etc. The firmware upgrade function can be set to automatic, but if you want to do it manually you have to ask support for it ,, WTF,, I am thinking in returning this unit, no time for this BS, sorry , no mater what I try,, NO FRIGGING CONNECTION ,,,, switching back to TP LINK”
