Home Page | Cudy    Support页面    FAQ    How to set up Guest Network on the Cudy router

This article will guide you to open an extra Wi-Fi for your guests. It will only provide an internet connection and separately from the main network. For example, when you connect to the guest network, the device cannot access the local network, unable to log into the web interface, etc.

Note: Guest Network doesn't available in Access Point Mode.

Step 1: Open a web browser and go to http://cudy.net or http://192.168.10.1. Use 'admin' as a password to log in.

For details, please refer to How to log into the web interface of Cudy Router?

Step 2: Go to Advanced Settings->Guest Network.

Step 3: Create a 2.4GHz or 5GHz guest network according to your needs.

The default guest network is an open Wi-Fi named 'Cudy-Guest-2.4G' or 'Cudy-Guest-5G'.

Step 4: Set Encryption to WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK Mixed Mode, then set an easy-to-remember password.

Step 5: 'Save & Apply' the settings. Now you can access your guest network using the

SSID and password you set.

Don't enable Hidden Network unless you want to manually input this SSID for Wi-Fi access.
